With over 15 years of experience, Cindy has developed the skills and tools to improve hurdle technique, speed, nutrition, and overall strength and conditioning. As a professional track athlete, she has had to create a team of people to help her achieve her athletic goals. She now uses that one on one work she has developed throughout the years to coach and help others who want to grow on their fitness journey. She has coached other track and field athletes to reach their goals, and can help you achieve your own personal fitness goals.
