With over 15 years of experience, Cindy has developed the skills and tools to improve hurdle technique, speed, nutrition, and overall strength and conditioning. As an Olympic track athlete, she has had to create a team of people to help her achieve her athletic goals of achieving success on the world stage. She now uses the skills and knowledge she has developed throughout the years to coach and help others who want to grow on their fitness journey through a faith based approach. She has coached other women to reach their goals, and can help you achieve your own personal faith fitness goals.
